How does billing work? +
You pay a flat monthly platform fee based on your plan, which covers API access and your rate limit tier. On top of that, you're billed for usage — per enrollment call, login verification, and behavioral tick — at the rates listed above. Your usage is tracked via the GET /billing/usage endpoint.
What counts as one "enrollment" call? +
One enrollment call = one complete biometric onboarding flow for a new user — face, voice, passkey, and behavioral baseline — billed as a single $0.20 charge. You are not billed per internal endpoint; the full registration of one user costs $0.20 regardless of how many biometric steps are involved.
Do behavioral ticks accumulate during an idle session? +
No. The behavioral SDK includes idle detection — if there is no user activity since the last tick, the tick is skipped and not sent to the API. You're only billed for ticks that contain real signal data.
